Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a protective coating material resistant to high-temperature silicide corrosion and a preparation method of a coating. The coating is of a main phase structure composed of Nb Ni Si, NbNi and NbNi . Experiments prove that the corrosion rate of a matrix is greatly reduced in a simulated molten glass environment, and the corrosion resistance is excellent. The method for preparing the coating comprises the following steps of carrying out mechanical ball milling on simple substance powder of Nb, Ni and Si and then adopting a cold spraying technology and subsequent heat treatment to obtain the Nb-Ni-Si intermetallic compound coating.
