The strain has stronger functions of decomposing inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus and can generate indoleacetic acid, cellulase, protease and siderophore. The invention also relates to a microbial inoculum containing the strain and application of the strain in promoting plant growth and improving the stress resistance of plants, such as disease resistance and drought resistance. 本发明涉及一种沙福芽孢杆菌XWY06，保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心，保藏编号为CCTCC No：M 2019818。本发明的菌株具有较强的解无机磷和有机磷功能，能产生吲哚乙酸、纤维素酶、蛋白酶、噬铁素。本发明同时涉及了包含该菌株的菌剂以及该菌株在促进植物生长，提高植物体抗病、抗旱等抗逆性中的应用。
