The invention provides a mist bath chelating treatment device and method for hydrogen sulfide-containing oil well associated gas. The mist bath chelating treatment device at least comprises a body, agas phase inlet, a liquid phase inlet, a gas phase outlet, a mist bath chelating cavity, a high-pressure liquid column cavity, turbulent flow baffles, a spray head, a flow guide partition plate, a liquid discharge funnel and a liquid phase outlet. The body is in a sleeve shape. The inner barrel is the high-pressure liquid column cavity; the outer cylinder is the mist bath chelating cavity; the gasphase inlet and the gas phase outlet are formed in the top of the mist bath chelating cavity; the liquid phase inlet is formed in the top of the high-pressure liquid column cavity, the lower end of the mist bath chelating cavity is connected with the liquid discharging funnel, the lower end of the liquid discharging funnel is connected with the liquid phase outlet, the flow guide partition plateis arranged between the mis
