Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a recycling method of tert-butyl alcohol in a process of preparing epoxypropane through co-oxidation of isobutane; through the method tert-butyl alcohol is directly subjected tohydrogenolysis into isobutane to be recycled, so that recycling of tert-butyl alcohol can be realized, meanwhile, raw material consumption is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out hydrogenolysis reaction on a tert-butyl alcohol material and hydrogen in the presence of a hydrogenolysis catalyst to generate a reaction product containing isobutane; 2) cooling the material subjected to the hydrogenolysis reaction in a cooler, and then feeding into a phase splitting tank to separate out a water phase; 3) feeding the gas phase and theoil phase obtained by separation in the phase separation tank into an isobutane recovery tower for further separation, obtaining a tower top material containing isobutane at the tower top of the isobutane recovery tower, and |
