Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of environment-friendly superfine fiber glass wool. The process comprises the steps: mixing raw materials including cullet, borax, soda ash and feldspar in parts by mass according to a ratio, and feeding the mixture into a kiln for melting; enabling the mixture to flow to a leaking plate through a material channel, flowing out, enabling the mixture toenter a centrifugal machine, and throwing out a large amount of glass trickles on the side wall under high-speed rotation of the centrifugal machine; and stretching again under high-temperature and high-speed flame generated by a combustion chamber to form superfine fibers, spraying an environment-friendly formaldehyde-free adhesive under the centrifugal machine, collecting cotton, and then curingand molding to produce superfine glass wool with the diameter of 2.5-4 microns. The superfine fiber glass wool is environment-friendly, good in heat preservation effect, excellent in sound insulationand noise reduction perfor
