The bearing shifting device comprises a bearing platform frame, high-position driven wheel assemblies (13), low-position driven wheel assemblies (14), driving wheel assemblies (15) and jacking mechanisms. The bearing shifting device is characterized in that the bearing platform comprises a frame, mounting seats (12) and jackingmechanism mounting plates, wherein the frame comprises a keel (1), two longitudinal beams (3), a plurality of cross beams, two longitudinal force bearing circular pipes (6) and two longitudinal supporting plates (4), the longitudinal supporting plates (4) are T-shaped steel, piston rods of supporting leg oil cylinders (39) of the four jacking mechanisms are respectively inserted into supporting leg oil cylinder through holes on the four jacking mechanism mounting plates, and the jacking mechanism mounting plates are positioned between oil cylinder piston sealing plates and the front end covers of cylinder bodies of t
