Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an oil tank control system and method and a vehicle. The oil tank control system comprises an oil tank, a sensor, and a controller, wherein the oil tank comprises an oil tankwall provided with a hollow layer; an adsorption assembly is arranged in the hollow layer; the adsorption assembly comprises adsorption particles; the sensor and the adsorption assembly are connectedwith the controller; and the controller is used for obtaining target data collected by the sensor when it is determined that a vehicle collides with an object, determining whether the fuel oil in theoil tank is adsorbed through the adsorption assembly or not according to the target data, and when it is determined that the fuel oil in the oil tank is adsorbed through the adsorption assembly, sending a control signal to the adsorption assembly so as to control the adsorption assembly to absorb fuel oil in the oil tank through the adsorption particles when the adsorption assembly receives the control signal.
