Application of fructus hippophae water-soluble extract for preparing preparation capable of inhibiting phosphorylation of Tau protein

The invention discloses application of a fructus hippophae water-soluble extract for preparing a preparation capable of inhibiting the phosphorylation of a Tau protein. The fructus hippophae water-soluble extract accounts for 20-45 wt% of the preparation capable of inhibiting the phosphorylation of the Tau protein.
