The invention provides an armature of a rotating electrical machine, which improves the output of the rotating electrical machine and suppresses a lamination gap. The armature is formed by connectinga plurality of armature cores in a circular ring shape, each armature core is formed by combining a plurality of laminated steel plates through a riveting part, each armature core is provided with a yoke part and pole teeth protruding from the center of the yoke part, and each riveting part comprises: a semi-blanking riveting part formed on the center line of the corresponding pole tooth, whereina semi-blanking riveting part is configured such that the amount of protrusion of the semi-blanking riveting part from the laminated surface of the steel plates is smaller than the plate thickness ofthe steel plates; and a full blanking riveting part formed in the yoke part closer to the yoke part side than the semi-blanking riveting part, the full-blanking riveting part being configured such that the amount of protrusion
