A robot terminal collects laser ranging data, going place data, pose data, surrounding information data and odometer data and uploads the acquired laser ranging data, going place data, pose data, surrounding information data and odometer data to a blind guiding decision-making layer, responds according to control information of the blind guiding decision-making layer, and moves the robot to provide a guiding effect for the advancing of the blind. The blind guiding decision-making layer has four functions of autonomous mapping, autonomous positioning, intelligent blind guiding and man-machine interaction.
