The invention provides a ship damage management monitoring system based on PLC integrated fire alarm control. The ship damage management monitoring system comprises an upper computer, a PLC subsystem,a control display unit, a sensor, an actuator and a fire detection alarm control loop; the fire detection alarm control loop is a loop formed by connecting a fire detector, fire-fighting execution equipment and a manual alarm button through a fire-fighting second bus.
