A formula of the RIIR/IIR/EPDM/capsule reclaimed rubber/120-mesh butyl rubber powder butyl inner tube comprises the following components (by weight): 5-60 parts of RIIR, 30-75 parts of IIR, 2-15 parts of EPDM, 10 parts of capsule reclaimed rubber, 13 parts of 120-mesh butyl rubber powder, 1.0-2.0 parts of sulfur, 1.4-2.4 parts of an accelerant, 2.5-5 parts of a vulcanizing activator, 15-40 parts of carbon black, 1-13 parts of a plasticizer and 0.32 part of an anti-aging agent.
