Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a synthesis method for a 1-boralkylmethyl-6-aryl-3-benzenesulfonyl-3-azabicyclohexane derivative. According to the invention, a target product is synthesized by taking an N-propargyl-N-(3-arylallyl)benzenesulfonamide derivative as a raw material, divalent palladium as a catalyst and bisdiboron as a boron reagent; and the structure of the target product is characterized and analyzed through methods of IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS and the like. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, simple operation, convenient subsequent treatment and the like.
