In order to maximize the functions of a parking place, the wall surface along the street is designed into an advertising wall; the cost of building a parking lot can be reduced by utilizing the income of the advertisement. The vehicle parking place comprises a vehicle parking room assembled by steel structural parts and a charging control room formed by the steel structural parts.
