Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nucleic acid aptamer functional extraction material for adsorbing phthalate and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a cross-linking agent, a high-hydrophilicity organic polymerization monomer, a binary pore-foaming agent and a PAEs aptamer through a sulfydryl-alkene click chemical reaction toprepare a prepolymer solution, and directly forming the extraction material through a one-step thermal polymerization method. The prepared extraction material is uniform in skeleton structure; the reaction efficiency of the nucleic acid aptamer is high; specific recognizability is good; the extraction material can be well used for high-specificity detection and analysis of PAEs in an actual drinking water sample, can detect phthalate substances with the concentration of 0.38 ng/mL-2. 01 ng/mL in mineral water, and provides a new way for specific recognition and separation of the phthalate substances.
