Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for producing American ginseng adventitious roots with high anti-oxidation activity. The method comprises the following steps: (1) induction of American ginseng callus; (2) induction of adventitious roots; (3) subculture of the adventitious roots; (4) flask culture of the adventitious roots; and (5) "culture + induction" in a bioreactor. With the adventitious rootsproduced by the method, after harvest in 40 days, a multiplication factor reaches 29.36 times, the total saponin content reaches 3.02%, a clearance rate of the total saponin of the adventitious rootsto DPPH radicals and OH radicals has no significant difference compared with a clearance rate of the total saponin of three-year-old American ginseng, and thereby the American ginseng adventitious roots have relatively high anti-oxidation activity.
