PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME

A pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention contains adenine, carnitine, and cyanocobalamin, and the present invention provides: a pharmaceutical composition capable of ensuring stability of adenine by using a blocker or a blocking structure; and a method for preparing the same. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention ensures stability of adenine, so that the content of adenine is maintained at 95% or more after six months in a stability test under acceleration conditions (40+/-2 DEG C/75+/-5%RH). 根据本发明的药物组合物包含腺嘌呤、肉碱和氰钴胺素，并且本发明提供了通过使用阻断剂或阻断结构能够确保腺嘌呤的稳定性的药物组合物，以及提供了制备该药物组合物的方法。根据本发明的药物组合物能够确保腺嘌呤的稳定性，从而在加速条件下(40±2℃/75±5％RH)的稳定性测试中，使得腺嘌呤的含量在6个月后保持在95％或更高。
