Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an AI assistant system and method, and relates to the technical field of information communication. The system comprises a terminal, a server and a monthly task module, whereinthe terminal is connected with the server and is in bidirectional communication with the server; and the monthly task module is used for inputting a monthly task by an initiator at a management end of the terminal, selecting departments to which the task is to be sent and uploading a task attachment corresponding to the task during input, establishing association between the task attachment and the task, distributing the task attachment to each department in a data stream form and storing the task attachment to the server.
