According to the invention, color three-dimensional reconstruction is carried out by using an RGB laser scanning method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a mapping relationship between a pixel coordinate system of a digital camera sampling picture and a world coordinate system by a direct calibration method; and calibrating a photosensitive curve of the digital camera to three primary colors by utilizing a standard color palette image shot by the camera under three-color laser illumination,namely establishing a relationship between a three primary color record value of the camera and a standard value; secondly, taking a face as a target, and proposing a complete method from acquisitionof scanning data to three-dimensional reconstruction; and finally, using the reconstructed digital face three-dimensional model for making a scheme for the plastic surgery, and previewing and assisting the surgery process in a |
