Projection alignment system and method

The embodiment of the invention provides a projection alignment system and method, and relates to the technical field of laser display. The system comprises a light source, a plurality of LCOSs, an optical machine support, a display screen, and a processor. The first LCOS in the plurality of LCOSs is placed through the optical machine support, and the first LCOS is lightened through the light source. Afterwards, the display screen is used for displaying a target picture and a first picture projected by the first LCOS on the display screen, and a first position deviation between the first picture and the target picture is determined through the processor; if the first position deviation is less than a preset deviation threshold, the first LCOS is locked through the processor.
