The invention relates to a circuit system for a power generating station and the power generating station with the circuit system. The circuit system comprises steam condensers, a condensed water pump, a condensed water treatment device, a deaerator liquid level adjusting device, a low-temperature heater, a deaerating device with a deaerating water tank, a main water supply pump, a high-temperature heater and a main water supply mother pipe, wherein all the components are sequentially connected. The circuit system further comprises a first passageway and a third passageway, the first passageway communicates with an outlet of the condensed water pump and an inlet of the high-temperature heater and is provided with a first valve, the third passageway communicates with the main water supply mother pipe and the steam condensers and is provided with a second valve, and the first passageway and the third passageway are used for forming continuous internal circulation of the steam condensers-the high-temperature hea
