The invention discloses a cement plant co-processing sludge system and a sludge processing method. The sludge processing system comprises a homogenizing bin, a prepressing screw feeder, a double-cylinder cone valve type plunger pump, a furnace feeding spray gun, a hydraulic oil pump, a pushing material cylinder piston and a hydraulic station, wherein the top of the homogenizing bin is provided with a hydraulic opening door, a hydraulic sliding frame and a discharging pipe used for conveying materials in the homogenizing bin into a feeding port of the prepressing screw feeder are installed at the bottom of the homogenizing bin, a discharging port of the prepressing screw feeder is in communication with a feeding port of the double-cylinder cone valve type plunger pump, a discharging port ofthe double-cylinder cone valve type plunger pump is connected with a pipeline connected with the furnace feeding spray gun, the hydraulic oil pump is connected with one end of the pushing material cylinder piston through a h
