The ice and snow melting device comprises a frame body connected with a vehicle body, wherein insertion teeth used for being inserted into accumulated snow are arranged on the frame body, the top ends of the insertion teeth are fixed to the frame body, insertion tooth steam outlets used for spraying steam into the accumulated snow are formed in the insertion teeth, and steam channels communicated with the insertion tooth steam outlets are formed in the insertion teeth. Compared with the prior art, the ice and snow melting device is provided with the insertion teeth inserted into accumulated snow, the insertion tooth steam outlets formed in the insertion teeth are used for spraying steam into the accumulated snow.
