The soda saline-alkali soil improver is composed of azospirillum brazilii, iron tailings and an organic fertilizer, the ratio of the azospirillum brazilii to the iron tailings to the organic fertilizer is 1800-2000 ml: 4000-4500 g: 1200-1500 g, and the concentration of azospirillum brazilii liquid is 1-9 * 10 < 7 > CFU/ml.
