The preparation method comprises the steps: completely dissolving bivalent soluble copper salt into methanol under the ultrasonic action, adding a certain amount of phenylacetylene, adding a reducing agent, carrying out stirring reaction at room temperature for 2 hours, centrifuging to remove methanol, washing with deionized water for three times, drying in vacuum for 8 hours at the temperature of 60 DEG C, and grinding to obtain the polyphenylacetylene copper catalyst. The preparation method is simple in process and simple and convenient to operate.
