The method comprises the steps: when a vehicle control unit detects that a current condition meets a wireless charging condition of the electric vehicle, transmitting a suspension down-regulation instruction to a suspension regulation controller of the electric vehicle; by the suspension regulation controller, regulating an automobile chassis of the electric vehicle to the lowest suspension position based on the suspension down-regulation instruction and sending a charging mode signal to the vehicle control unit and after receiving the charging mode signal, by the vehicle control unit, controlling the electric vehicle to perform wireless charging.
