Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a making method of edible rice bran nutritive instant noodles. The making method comprises the steps of mixing raw materials: uniformly stirring and mixing components in partsby mass of 80-110 parts of flour, 1-5 parts by mass of vital wheat gluten, 5-19 parts of edible rice bran and 0.5-3 parts of table salt; performing curing and extrusion: curing the mixed raw materials, and performing extrusion to obtain noodles; shaping the noodles to obtain cakes; and performing drying so as to obtain finished products. The invention also provides the edible rice bran nutritive instant noodles. The method disclosed by the invention aims to solve problems existing in the prior art, edible rice bran rich in nutrition is used for replacing a part of flour to be used as a raw material for instant noodles, so that dietary fibers, vitamins, minerals and functional nutrient components in the instant noodles are all higher than those of ordinary instant noodles, and daily nutrition ingestion requirements |
