The heating cooker (A) is provided with: aheating coil (11) which heats an item to be heated by electromagnetic induction; a housing (2) in which the heating coil (11) is housed; a first operating unit (3a) disposed in a first portion (2a) of the housing (2); a second operating unit (3b) disposed in a second portion (2b) of the housing (2) opposing the first portion (2a); and an exhaust heat opening (43) provided in the housing (2) to discharge internal heat to the outside.
