Touch control method and wearable equipment

The invention provides a touch control method and wearable equipment. The wearable equipment comprises a first sensing electrode, a first pin and at least one second sensing electrode, and the first sensing electrode and the first pin are used for serial port communication. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is detected that the wearable equipment is in a worn state, the first pin is disconnected from the first sensing electrode; under the condition that the first sensing electrode receives first touch input and the at least one second sensing electrode receives second touch input, response operation is conducted on the second touch input; and under the condition that the first sensing electrode does not receive the first touch input and the at least one secondsensing electrode receives second touch input, response operation on the second touch input is rejected. According to the invention, the false touch probability of the touch function of the wearableequipment can be reduced.
