Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyethylene/graphene nano composite material. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing graphene oxide by adopting Hummers methodassisted ultrasonic treatment; then, a preparing graphene-based titanium system Ziegler-Natta catalyst by utilizing dibutyl magnesium chemical modification and titanium tetrachloride loading reaction;then catalyzing ethylene polymerization to obtain polyethylene/graphene nano composite material master batches with different graphene contents, and finally performing solution blending on the masterbatches and high-density polyethylene to prepare the polyethylene/graphene nano composite material. The heterogeneous nucleation effect of the graphene can promote crystallization of polyethylene, sothat the lamellar crystal thickness and crystallinity of the composite material are increased, the crystallization temperature is increased, meanwhile, the thermal stability of the polyethylene matrix is enhanced by adding grap |
