The preparation process comprises the following steps: introducing an amine acetate salt into a reaction section of a reactive distillation column to carry out an acid amine salt dehydration reaction at 170-180 DEG C under the pressure of 1.8-3 MPa to generate N, N-dimethylacetamide and water; and introducing the product of the acid amine salt dehydration reaction into a rectification section of a reaction rectification tower for rectification treatment to obtain a rectification product containingN, N-dimethylacetamide. By adopting the preparation process and the preparation device provided by the invention, the reaction process and the rectification process are tightly combined; a catalyst is not needed in the reaction process, so that the conversion rate of the ammonium acetate reaches or is even higher than that of a preparation process using the catalyst, the yield of the N, N-dimethylacetamide is increased, |
