Preparation is carried out through a solvothermal method, high-purity nanoscale particle KVPO4Fcan be obtained without high-temperature calcination during material preparation, the transmission path of potassium ions in electrode materials is shortened after assembling into a potassium ion battery, and the diffusion resistance of potassium ions in a solid phase is greatly reduced; besides, the material specific surface area is increased due to particle size reduction, the material and electrolyte contact area is increased, wettability is better, transmission resistance of electrons and ions on a material interface is smaller, and the rate capability of the material is improved; in addition, the prepared high-purity KVPO4F can exert high specific capacity.
