The invention discloses carton receiving and packaging equipment. The equipment comprises a grouping device, a rotary reversing device, a taking and conveying device, an arranging and stacking device,a packaging device and an output device which are sequentially arranged in the carton advancing direction, wherein the grouping device is provided with a machine frame, first fixed wallboards, a carton input mechanism, a grouping stacking mechanism and a roller feeding mechanism, the machine frame is fixed to the horizontal ground, the first fixed wallboards are installed on the left side and theright side of the machine frame, and the carton input mechanism, the grouping stacking mechanism and the roller feeding mechanism are arranged between the first fixed wallboards on the left side andthe right side.
