The invention provides a grafting method for tender ears of large-leaf species tea trees. Grafting periods are selected from the first round young branch period formed through the germination of the overwintering buds of scion tea trees; and the grafting method includes scion branch selection, scion branch collection, scion cutting, seedling rootstock grafting position selection and processing, rootstock graft union cutting, scion inserting, the making of small bud growing greenhouses and graft union sealing and binding.
