Zusammenfassung:	A heater apparatus is provided with a heat generating layer (220) having a heat generation unit (22) that generates heat through the passage of electric current; a pair of electrodes (24a, 24b) mutually separated and disposed on one surface side of the heat generating layer; a detection unit (30) that forms an electric field between the pair of electrodes and detects an object in the surroundingsof the pair of electrodes; and a control unit (40) that controls the amount of electric current passing to the heat generation unit in accordance with the detection result of the detection unit. 加热器装置具备：发热层(220)，该发热层具有通过通电进行发热的发热部(22)；一对电极(24a、24b)，该一对电极彼此分开地配置于所述发热层的一面侧；检测部(30)，该检测部在一对所述电极之间形成电场并对一对所述电极的周围的物体进行检测；以及控制部(40)，该控制部根据所述检测部的检测结果，对向所述发热部的通电量进行控制。
