IMAGE CAPTURE DEVICE AND MOVING BODY

This image capture device is provided with an image capture optical system and an image capture element which are mounted on a moving body that moves along a movement surface. The image capture optical system forms an image of a subject positioned around the moving body. The image capture element includes an image capture surface having arranged thereon pixel cells for capturing a subject image formed by the image capture optical system. The pixel cells belong to pixel groups based on pixels arranged in a first direction intersecting the movement surface. The pixel groups are arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction.
