Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a hybrid solid-state circuit breaker. The breaker is composed of an isolation switch SW, a current-limiting reactor L, a main switch circuit, an absorption circuit and a control system of the absorption circuit, wherein the main switch circuit is formed by reversely connecting two full-control semiconductor devices T1 and T2 in series, two ends after series connection are respectively connected with the current-limiting reactor L and an external direct-current power supply system, the absorption circuit is composed of diodes D1 to D4, an absorption capacitor C, an energy release switch T3 and an energy release resistor R, the diodes D1 to D4 are connected to form an H-shaped rectifier bridge, and the absorption capacitor C, the energy release switch T3 and the energy release resistor R are connected in series and then connected between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of an H-shaped rectifier bridge in parallel.
