Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a silk-screen printing carbon nanotube sensor and a preparation method thereof and pesticide detection application. The silk-screen printing carbon nanotube sensor comprises asilk-screen printing carbon nanotube electrode, and a first PDDA modification film, a first acetylcholinesterase modification film, a second PDDA modification film, a second acetylcholinesterase modification film and a third PDDA modification film which are sequentially coated on the surface of the silk-screen printing carbon nanotube electrode. The silk-screen printing carbon nanotube sensor canimprove the detection sensitivity and interference resistance, has the advantage of good detection reproducibility, and can be used for determining organophosphorus pesticides in an environment watersample system.
