The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a straight pipe blank is pressed and machined to obtain a prefabricated elbow; the straight pipe blank is a G115 large-diameter thickwall seamless steel pipe of the ultra supercritical unit of 630DEG C; and the prefabricated elbow is subjected to hot treatment to obtain the elbow. According to the provided method of the G115 large-diameter thick-wall seamless elbow of the ultra supercritical unit of 630DEG C, the obtained elbow by manufacturing has good mechanical properties, uniform size, uniform thickness and no defects in appearance, and can be applied to different fields, such as ultra supercritical boiler, power plant four major pipelines.
