Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a primer set for detecting human MUT gene mutations. The primer set comprises 13 pairs of primers that specifically amplify exons 1 to 13 of MUT gene. The used specificprimer set targets exons 1 to 13 of the MUT gene for mutation detection and ensures accuracy and specificity of measurement results. Compared with traditional detection of single mutation site, detection mutation range is expanded to all sites in the exon region of the MUT, covering the reported mutation sites and possible mutation sites. Compared with traditional fluorescent quantitative PCR by using a probe method, detection cost is reduced. At the same time, detection of a PCR product is completed by DNA sequence determination and subsequent sequence comparison, accuracy is higher than thatof the fluorescent quantitative PCR. Compared with high-throughput sequencing, direct detection of MUT disease-causing genes is conducted, problems of false positives and false negatives that may occur in high-throughput sequ
