Environment-friendly odorless matte alkyd resin and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an environment-friendly odorless matt alkyd resin, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12 to 16 parts of octadecenoic acid, 11 to 14 parts of vegetableoil, 10 to 12 parts of trimethylolpropane, 5 to 8 parts of neopentyl glycol, 35 to 40 parts of phthalic anhydride, 10 to 13 parts of pentaerythritol, 0.02 to 0.2 part of an antioxidant, and 23 to 32parts of xylene. The environment-friendly odorless matte alkyd resin disclosed by the invention can reduce free acid generated by esterification reaction and is not easy to oxidize and polymerize, sothat the prepared alkyd resin has the characteristics of low odor, high transparency and high recoatability; and moreover, the performance requirements of easy extinction and good hardness are met, the release property of the solvent is effectively improved, the smell of a dried paint film is reduced, the peculiar smell disappears 24 hours after spraying, and the effects of fullness, transparencyand excellent recoatability
