Organosilicon epoxy monomer modified phenolic resin and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses an organosilicon epoxy monomer modified phenolic resin and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing thermoplasticphenolic resin, an organosilicon epoxy monomer and a catalyst for mixing, putting the mixture into a solvent, and uniformly stirring and dispersing the solvent to obtain a mixed solution; and 2) putting the mixed solution obtained in the step 1) into a nitrogen atmosphere, carrying out a constant-temperature reflux stirring reaction, and removing the solvent after the reaction is completed to obtain the organosilicone epoxy monomer modified phenolic resin, and the resin and the preparation method thereof can effectively improve the compatibility between organosilicone and phenolic resin. 本发明公开了一种有机硅环氧单体改性的酚醛树脂及其制备方法，包括以下步骤：1)称取热塑性酚醛树脂、有机硅环氧单体及催化剂，混合后放入溶剂中，搅拌分散均匀，得混合溶液；2)将步骤1)得到的混合溶液置入氮气氛围中，再进行恒温回流搅拌反应，待其反应完成后除去溶剂，得有机硅环氧单体改性的酚醛树脂，该树脂及其制备方法能够有效的提高有机硅与酚醛树脂之间的相容性。
