| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of ibuprofen ferulate and application of ibuprofen ferulate in preparation of immunosuppressive drugs. The preparation method comprises the following steps:slowly and dropwise adding a CH2Cl2 solution of SOCl2 into ibuprofen, anhydrous dichloromethane and pyridine while stirring at room temperature, carrying out refluxing for 2 hours at an oil bath temperature of 55-65 DEG C, performing spin-drying to obtain a light yellow solid, and adding anhydrous dichloromethane to obtain a CH2Cl2 solution of ibuprofen acyl chloride; and cooling ferulic acid, tetrahydrofuran and anhydrous dichloromethane to 5 DEG C in an ice-water bath, dropwise adding triethylamine, slowly and dropwise adding the CH2Cl2 solution of ibuprofen acyl chloride while stirring, carrying out a continuous stirring reaction in an ice-water bath for 2 hours, and carrying out TLC tracking detection on the reaction to obtain the ibuprofen ferulate.
