Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fast manufacturing method for shoe soles. Three-dimensional modeling software is adopted for conducting digital model design of the shoe soles, then Boolean operation is conducted for designing a female die of the shoe soles, and a CAD three-dimensional model of an injection molding shoe sole die is obtained; a resin material special for casting is used, SLA photocuring 3D printing is used for manufacturing a shoe sole die wax pattern, then a precise casting technology is used for conducting shell manufacturing, roasting and pouring, and a shoe sole metal die is obtained; and finally the shoe soles are machined in a batched manner through an injection molding technology. By means of the above manner, the 3D printing technology is adopted for directly manufacturingthe shoe sole die wax pattern, and therefore the shoe sole metal die is directly manufactured.
