Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a logistics robot capable of achieving quick responding and balancing and an adjusting and control method of the logistics robot. The logistics robot can achieve quick responding, automatically control load balancing and achieve safe transporting. The logistics robot comprises a vehicle-mounted device, a data acquisition device, a central processing unit and an adjusting balance device. The data acquisition device, the central processing unit and the adjusting balance device are all mounted on the vehicle-mounted device. The vehicle-mounted device is responsible for bearing loads of the logistics robot and achieving the function of free moving. The data acquisition device is used for collecting load distribution condition data and robot motion state and posture datato be fed back to the central processing unit, the central processing unit is used for processing the data and outputting adjusting signals, and the balance device quickly responds to adjusting to stabilize loads. Meanwhile,
