Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heat dissipation plate and a servo driver. The heat dissipation plate comprises a mounting plate and radiating fins; the back surfaces of the mounting plate and the radiating fins are used for mounting a heating device, the top of the radiating fins is fixedly connected with the bottom of the mounting plate, cutting grooves are formed in the radiating fins, and an included angle between the extending direction of each cutting groove and the extending direction of the radiating fins is larger than zero degree and smaller than or equal to 90 degrees. According to the technical scheme, the heat dissipation capacity of the servo driver can be improved, and then the performance and the service life of the servo driver are guaranteed.
