The method comprises the following steps: activating fluorescent microspheres to obtain activated fluorescent microspheres; adding an MES buffer solution containing glycerinum into the activated fluorescent microspheres, ultrasonically mixing uniformly, adding an antibody solution, carrying out ultrasonic reaction, and rotating and mixing uniformly in a dark place; after the reaction is finished, adding a confining liquid into precipitates, ultrasonically mixing uniformly, rotating and mixing uniformly in the dark place, centrifuging, discarding supernatant, continuously adding the confining liquid, ultrasonically mixing uniformly and centrifuging; and collecting the precipitates, putting theprecipitates into a glycine solution, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a fluorescent microsphere and antibody compound.
