Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for identifying nutritional quality of milk. The method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting tryptophan and other metabolites from a milk sample to obtain anextract; 2) carrying out chromatographic separation-mass spectrometry scanning on the extract obtained in the step 1), carrying out quantitative analysis on the tryptophan and the other metabolites inthe milk sample, and determining a quantitation limit and a recovery rate; and 3) analyzing the milk sample according to content data of the tryptophan and the other metabolites in the milk sample inthe step 2). The method provided by the invention is good in recovery rate, low in quantitation limit, simple and easy to operate, and capable of rapidly detecting the content of the tryptophan and the other metabolites in a milk product and carrying out nutritional evaluation on the milk quality.
