Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for detecting the content and related substances of flumethasone. A Sursil C18 silica gel chromatographic column is used, acetonitrile and water are used as mobile phases, a gradient elution mode is adopted, the detection wavelength is 230-240nm, the flow velocity is 0.5 ml/min to 1.0 ml/min; and the column temperature is 25-35 DEG C. The detection method disclosedby the invention can be used for accurately and effectively separating seven analogue impurities contained in the flumethasone, has good specificity and accuracy, and is suitable for detecting the flumethasone serving as a raw material.
