The steel strip comprises the following chemical components, in percentage by mass, of 0.020%-0.060% of C, 0.10%-0.30% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of S, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.03% of Si, 0.030%-0.060% of Als, 0.010%-0.030% of Mo, 0.0010%-0.0020% of B,less than or equal to 0.0030% of N, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. The production method comprises the procedures of smelting, continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and continuous annealing. After the anti-aging low-carbon Al killed steel strip is subjected to artificial aging for 10 min and heat preservation at 150 DEG C, a steel strip tensile curve is free of the yield point elongation, the yield strength is 160-290 MPa, the tensile strength is 280-410 MPa, and the elongation A80 is larger than or equal to 32%.
